Delivery Information

Domestic Shipping (Germany):
A flat shipping fee of €5.90 applies to all orders within Germany. Delivery is free for orders valued at €25.00 or more.

International Shipping:
For deliveries to other listed countries (refer to the table below), shipping costs are calculated based on the total order value (gross product value).

Packaging Licence:
Our packaging is environmentally friendly and fully compliant with the new German Packaging Act.

Delivery Times:
Within Germany: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 days unless otherwise specified in the product description.
International Deliveries: Delivery generally takes 5 to 7 days.
Please note that orders are processed only after confirmation and receipt of payment.
Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will not be processed, potentially extending delivery times.

If your order includes items with different delivery times, the entire order will be shipped together with the item that has the longest delivery timeframe, unless we have made alternative arrangements with you.
